1. Our Role
Carma Fleet Management Ltd acts as an introducer of vehicle hire services.
We connect customers with a network of third-party vehicle hire providers.
Any vehicle hire agreement is entered into directly between the customer and the supplying partner, not with Carma Fleet Management Ltd.

2. Vehicle Supply

Vehicles are supplied by third-party partners.

Carma Fleet Management Ltd does not own or supply vehicles directly.

Availability and specifications are subject to change.

3. Quotations & Pricing

Prices displayed on our website or provided in marketing are indicative and subject to availability.

Final pricing will be confirmed in the formal agreement provided by the supplying partner.

Pricing may vary depending on the vehicle, supplier, and customer requirements.

4. Payments

An initial rental payment may be required before delivery.

Monthly payments are typically payable in advance.

All payment terms will be set out in the agreement between the customer and the supplying partner.

5. Minimum Term

Most vehicles are subject to a minimum hire period of 3 months.

Exact terms will be confirmed in the supplier agreement.

6. Cancellation
-
Many vehicles are available with 28 days’ notice cancellation, however this is vehicle-specific.

Cancellation terms will be clearly stated prior to agreement.

Where 28-day cancellation does not apply, the agreed minimum term must be fulfilled.

7. Mileage
-
Customers select a mileage allowance at the start of the agreement.

If the agreed mileage is exceeded, excess mileage charges will apply.

The applicable rate will be stated in the quotation and formal agreement.

Mileage terms may vary depending on the supplier.

8. What’s Included
All vehicles include:

Road tax

Roadside assistance
Where stated, vehicles may also include:

Maintenance (servicing and tyres)
Maintenance inclusion is vehicle-specific and will be confirmed prior to agreement.

9. Insurance

Insurance is not included.

The customer is responsible for arranging and maintaining valid insurance throughout the hire period.

10. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:

Ensuring the vehicle is insured

Keeping the vehicle in good condition

Any damage beyond fair wear and tear
-
Complying with all legal requirements relating to vehicle use

11. Vehicle Condition & Damage

The condition of the vehicle will be governed by the agreement with the supplying partner.

Charges may apply for damage beyond fair wear and tear.

12. Third-Party Agreements
-
The vehicle hire agreement is between the customer and the supplying partner.

The supplying partner’s terms and conditions will apply to the hire.
-
Carma Fleet Management Ltd is not responsible for the performance of the vehicle or the fulfilment of the hire agreement.

13. Liability

Carma Fleet Management Ltd acts solely as an introducer.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from the vehicle hire agreement or use of the vehicle.

14. Website Information

We aim to ensure all information is accurate, however errors and omissions may occur.

Vehicle specifications, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

15. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By submitting an enquiry, you agree that your details may be shared with relevant vehicle suppliers to fulfil your request.
